জোর-জমকালো অনুষ্ঠান। আলোর রঙে চোখে ধাঁধা লেগে যাওয়ার উপক্রম। প্রায় সপ্তাহ দুয়েক ধরে চলা এশিয়ান গেমসের শেষ অনুষ্ঠান তখন মধ্যগগণে। আচমকাই বেজে উঠল বলিউডি গান। অনুষ্ঠানে হাজির থাকা ভারতীয়রা অবাক। কারণ, ইন্দোনিশিয়ান শিল্পীর কন্ঠে তখন 'কোই মিল গ্যায়া'-গান। যা নব্বই-এর দশকের শেষদিকে জনপ্রিয় হিন্দি ছবি 'কুছ-কুছ হোতা হ্যায়' থেকে নেওয়া।

এমনকী, যে ভাবে ইন্দোনেশিয়ান শিল্পী ও তাঁর সঙ্গীরা হাত-পা নাড়ছিলেন তাতে বারবার ফুটে উঠছিল এই জনপ্রিয় বলিউডি গানে শাহরুখ, কাজল ও রানি-র নাচের ভঙ্গি। ইন্দোনেশিয়ান শিল্পীদের মুখে এমন গান শুনে বিষ্মিত হয়ে পড়েন ভারতীয়রা। স্টেডিয়ামে ফ্ল্যাগ-মার্চের জন্য তখন দাঁড়িয়ে ভারতীয় দল।
