শুরু হয়ে গেল ভোট গ্রহণ। কেন্দ্র শাসিত জম্মু ও কাশ্মীরে প্রথম বিধানসভা নির্বাচন। ১০ বছর পর বিধানসভা ভোটের লাইনে দাঁড়াচ্ছেন ভূস্বর্গের বাসিন্দারা। কড়া নিরাপত্তার বলয়ে মুড়ে রাখা হয়েছে ভোটগ্রহণ কেন্দ্রগুলি। সকলকে ভোটদানের অনুরোধ জানিয়েছেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী।
